Boeing Increases Quarterly Dividend by 12 Percent

Seattle, April 29, 1996 -- The Boeing Company's board of directors today declared a second quarter dividend of 28 cents a share, a 12 percent increase over the previous quarterly amount of 25 cents.

Boeing chairman Frank Shrontz noted the quarterly dividend increase is the first since the 2nd quarter of 1990.

The dividend is payable June 7, 1996, to stockholders of record on May 17, 1996.
