SEATTLE, December 9, 1996 - Phil Condit, Boeing president and chief executive officer, reported that a quarterly dividend of 28 cents a share was declared by the Board of Directors at its December 9 meeting. The dividend is payable March 7, 1997, to shareholders of record on February 14, 1997.
