Boeing Reports Quarterly Dividend

SEATTLE, June 29, 1998 -- Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share was declared by the Board of Directors at its June 29 meeting. The dividend is payable Sept. 4, 1998 to shareholders of record on Aug. 14, 1998.
