CHICAGO, April 12, 2002 -- The Boeing Company will release its first quarter 2002 financial results at 7:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time, on Wednesday, April 17.
A conference call presentation to security analysts and the news media regarding the financial and company outlook will be broadcast on the Internet at 9:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Boeing participants will be Chairman and CEO Phil Condit and Senior Vice President and CFO Mike Sears.
The financial release will be posted on Boeing's home page at www.boeing.com and the general public may visit that site for the webcast of the conference call with analysts. The company presentation will include a series of charts plus the question and answer session with security analysts. Individuals are urged to check the website ahead of time to ensure their computers are configured for the audio stream and slide presentation.
